I have a whole early smelting stack set up. burner crushers. left the base to set up an outpost. come back whole base is dead. no iron. why. every single one was full of crushed coal. the research had finished while i was out and the fuel inserters had loaded coal in every single one of them. I really wish the units had a set recipe instead of whatever was loaded. ten full chests of crushed coal just sitting in the base now
