When using SearchLightAssault v2.2.16 and Improved Combinator v1.0.14, both recipe and crafting combinators are always placed with default settings, regardless of coming from a blueprint or some copy or cut operation.
The newer Improved Combinator SE v1.0.15 makes this happen too.
