Concrete Productivity Modified

Cheaper concrete!! Adds Research to increase concrete productivity by 25%. First level is unlocked with blue science, and the last level with space science. The mod also adds infinite research. Additionally adds support for Dectorio's concrete grid and adds a foundry recipe.

Concrete productivity adds a little research tree to increase productivity in the crafting of concrete. Now you will be able to properly cover the entire surface of all the planets in sterile grey majesty.
