I seem to notice myself losing more and more, especially after I win 1 time. Each time I win once I get a losing streak that last's about 1 minute, every time, without fail. IF there is no cooldown, then im extremely unlucky - in a 2 minute period I won 3 times and lost 22 times thats a 13% win rate. either the casino is rigged (very realistic) or this is NOT a 50/50 chance
