When using the Ash mod, Ash's ash replaces razorgrass ash when burning dried razorgrass as fuel, making it impossible to obtain dried razorgrass ash for silica.
There's already a relevant discussion post on the Ash mod page, but there has unfortunately not been any response for some time now.
