So, i just made a huge modpack (130 mods), including most of yours like lead, titanium, thungston etc i found a few mods that are not compatible, maybe you can fixe these or add them to the incompatibility list these mods are: Recycling Machines: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ZRecycling Science Pack dependencies: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/science-pack-dependencies upgrade machines: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/upgrade-machines im pretty sure these incompatibilites are because both mods try to change the same recipe
