Science pack dependencies

If a technology doesn't depend (either directly or indirectly) on the science packs it needs, these missing dependecies are added.

Adds additional dependencies to research to ensure that technologies depend on the science packs needed to research it.
Based on a suggestion in the forum.

Should work with any science packs added by mods. Multiplayer should also be fine.
