A remix of Mikdad's Unified Chemical Plant that turns it strictly into a refinery upgrade that requires nutrients. Also adds two input/output pipes on either side, allowing for easy advanced oil processing/coal liquefaction. Thank you to Hurricane046 for his amazing work on building art.
