Made Vanilla-like adjustments to the bigger artillery so it's not so OP. No other changes or additions were made.

Tweaks:
range is x2 of vanilla artillery
stack sizes are 1 (except inventory which is 2)
rotation speed is 70%
shooting speed is 50%
tech research is 4k science -space
