I have problem with accessing used filters. They 1. do not appear in overlay when I hover mouse over machine 2. I cannot pick them via ctrl + click on machine 3. inserter facing out of machine can't pick it too.
I basically need to open machine UI and pick up item manually.
I'm playing on 1.0, so I don't call it a bug - because mod isn't released for 1.0. Is it known problem? will it be fixed?

After testing in sandbox - problem is only with tier 1 machines.
Also while testing - I found out that machines tier 1 - after being placed down by nanobot/godplayer(in sandbox) won't work.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue/intended behaviour, as stated in the README:

Used air filters cannot be extracted from the first tier of air filter machines by inserters. Factorio does not feature inserters that can extract from burnt_result_inventory.

You need to upgrade to higher tier air filters if you want to automate them.
