Adds a researchable tier 2 pipe to ground with twice the underground reach of the vanilla pipe to ground.

This release updates the in-game visuals to a very dark anthracite grey so the tier 2 underground pipes are much easier to tell apart from vanilla pipes at a glance.

What it changes

• Adds a new pipe to ground tier 2 item, recipe, entity, and technology.
• Doubles the underground reach compared to the vanilla pipe to ground.
• Uses very dark anthracite entity sprites and icon for clearer visual separation.
