b png sprite error on startup

Got an error when I install Beltlayer mod. Apparently Endgame Combat and Ultimate Belt mod decided to give me some png/sprite issue when I installed the mod. Been using endgame combat and other accompanying mods without any problem.

81.369 Error AtlasSystem.cpp:1529: The given sprite rectangle (left_top=0x0, right_bottom=64x64) is outside the actual sprite size (left_top=0x0, right_bottom=32x32).

Yes, it is fixed, but is it normal for the belt to be translucent?
