for some reason your connectors are placed vertically in the crafting menu, one bellow the previous, wich creates a huge gap in the crafing section that is not being used. Could you put them vertical, one next to the previous? This would be just for stetic reasons, not really important

Factorio's crafting window is laid out as a table 10 columns wide. If there are 11 items in a given crafting category, you'll get this effect, since it skips to the next row for the next category. It will vary with what set of mods you are running, sorry!
