Using: factorio 0.17.66, infinity mode 0.3.0, beltlayer 0.4.1
while attempting to verify the above bug report being fixed (work in progress interrupted by this one) I attempted to cut/paste a section of the same setup used with the above bug. the result after, cutting and then pasting back to the same location, was that the underground components other than the connectors were left as ghosts, and the actual components were placed on the surface overlayed/mixed with the proper surface components.
