The Construction bots will try to upgrade the underground belts then an error will occur. Could you please look into it thanks.

However I think you should know as well that the construction robots no longer upgrade things around them I just noticed it recently when my newer belts didnt get used. The mod author said something about waiting for Factorio 0.17.
