Why don't you increase the stack size of the basic artillery shells?

The stack size of the basic shells is copied directly from the vanilla artillery shells - they stack to 1 in inventories, 15 in artillery turrets, and 100 in artillery wagons. I don't want to change that because it could make basic artillery a more attractive option than vanilla artillery, which spoils the progression and makes vanilla artillery meaningless later on down the tech tree.
