Tried swapping the version number and tracing the errors back for a bit but it looks like it's more involved.
Just swapping the version number isn't enough in this case. Syntax has changed for some data-stage things; and some things have been renamed/moved in control stage. So far, I'm still struggling to get all prototypes right – I haven't successfully loaded up to the start menu yet. Also, given how complex the mod is I expect that there will be a couple of buggy releases before everything is working as expected again. :-)
