Thanks for the report. Confirmed: this is another overly strict ATRM compatibility audit. Your mod set changes the SE core-fragment fluid yields, and ATRM should not hard-crash because of that. I'll adjust the check for the next update.

Fixed in 2.9.12.

atrm now accepts core-fragment yield changes made by other mods instead of treating them as a compatibility error.

Lowering the core-fragment output is a perfectly reasonable balance choice, so atrm will respect the modified values rather than enforcing the original SE reference yields.
