as for Cerys it definitely seems compatible, my install has both included and it doesn't seem to mess with any of the nuclear techs. It just means that Cerys is now locked behind Arig, which feels like a decent progression.
Unfortunately as of now Krastorio 2: Spaced Out looks very janky with this mod, since in combination they lock the production tech behind uranium which is only found on Arig, and K2 adds additional Sand and Quartz resources that confusingly exist alongside Arig's.
