Unofficial mod to add configuration to atanvarno's Air Scrubbing mod.

Adds the ability to customize the following:
Amount of pollution removed
Extra pollution removed per quality level
Duration of pollution filter before becoming dirty
Amount of spores removed
Extra spores removed per quality level
Duration of spore filter before becoming dirty

Default values match the original mod.
