Hello. Why was the range of the beacon removed as it was in the original mod? Are there plans to return this option in settings?

I also tried working on beacon slots/range per quality level but there is something thats not working how i want it it to.
Have to figure some more stuff out.

Can you make these new settings (slots/effectiveness on quality) default to "no change" please, they have the potential to completely screw up some other beacon mods.

Yes they will be disabled by default. Just like most other setting that default to vanilla.
