Fixes jcxl233's UNRFP to work when only K2/SE is installed. Original Description: A rebalance of RFP with other mods. Supports K2, SE, K2+SE. At least one optional dependency should be installed for this mod to do anything.

UNRealistic Fusion Power (UNRFP) - K2 Patch

A small patch for jcxl233's UNRealistic Fusion Power (UNRFP) mod, with the following changes:
- Research costs are now adjusted when just one of the two mods (K2/SE) is installed
- Rebalanced research costs for Realistic Fusion Weaponry as well
- Added some missing research adjustments (for He3-He3 and D-He3 Fuel Cells)
- Fixed a typo so that rfp-gs-process-3 gets adjusted properly
