So, I had the GitHub version installed. I replaced it with this one. Transport stopped completely. When I empty the supply depot, it asks me to choose a recipe. I cannot remove the supply depot—I get the message "Cannot be mined." I need to go to an older save for this to work, as a save made with the new version corrupts it, and even an older version does not work anymore.

If you started with the GitHub version, do not switch to this version. GitHub will also continue to update. The mod ID has changed, causing incompatibility.

Thanks for clarifying this. I will start a new game. Having it updated automatically is too convenient to pass :)

I'm getting this same problem after moving from the original version of the mod (in 1.1) to this fork. Any tips to try get it working as I really don't want to restart the game
