Start on Vesta!

Only compatible with complex mode (default)

In order to make start on Vesta possible some of techs/recipes/buildings are unlocked earlier:
-Heating Tower
-Holmium plate
-Assembler 2
-Oil Refinery
-Chemical Plant
-Solar Panel

There were also important recipes/techs that are need for start on vesta and made just for this mod:
-Biochamber
-Electrolyte
-Simple Coal Mineralization
-Simple Deuterium
