The mod lists simhelper >= 1.1.2 as dependency in-game, but "Simulation Helper" is deprecated and hence the mod is unable to be installed or to be loaded.

ok, good mod btw. would be absolutely perfect if it were compatible with squad control but this is worth not using squad control.

It will be perfectly compatible with the vanilla squads in 2.0 😁

The squad control mod is too much of a hack to get working well, and has been unmaintained for a long time.

Yeah this still seems to be an issue. In-game, the mod portal says the latest available version is 1.9.1, not 1.9.2 shown here.

Ensure your base game is up to date too. You need to be on 1.1.107+ to get SpEnh 1.9.2.

You're right, I didn't realize I needed a game update.

Basically 1.1.107 made simhelper no longer work, and also no longer needed.
So if you’re on 1.1.106, use SpEnh 1.9.1 and simhelper. If you’re on 1.1.107+, use SpEnh 1.9.2 and simhelper won’t do anything.

The problem is that justarandomgeek made simhelper deprecated even though there’s still a niche use for people on older versions. The solution for them is to update to download it manually from the website, which isn’t a big deal anyway.

It would be helpful if the in-game mod update page wasn't silent about 1.9.2 being available. Like it should say there's a newer version available for basegame >= 1.1.107 if someone hasn't updated yet.
