I'm super excited to see where this goes. I do like the space platforms but I'm really curious how a playthrough like this would feel. I should have some free time next week to play around with this a bit and writeup any bugs/issues I find.

A couple possible future ideas/suggestions to consider depending on how this goes:
1) Being able to play on any map, like do a full playthrough just on Vulcanus or Gleba. The Any Planet Start mod might give some hints to early tech tree changes that would be needed.
2) Having all the 'other' enemies be optional. LIke on Nauvis you could have just biters or everything else too. On Vulcanus, just demolishers, on Fulgora have the option of nothing or actually have enemies. etc... Obviously this has recipe implications too, like not having biter or pentapod eggs on some planets would make certain machines impossible. So they might have to be replaced with other components on those planets.

Just some things to consider!

Yeah I'd like to second both of gridstop's points, especially 1. I can understand it being quite challenging to make it, but it'd be incredibly fun to have a working full game experience all from another planet.

Having played through SA 3 times now since launch, this mod is awesome! I just want to echo what these people are saying though. Having the end goal being to launch the rocket using all of the new science is great, but then also having to create a platform that can withstand the space edge or some distance to the shattered planet as a winning condition (or extra winning condition) would be sweet too! All good if it's not in your vision since this mod is already awesome.

It may still somewhat be in your vision as it still fits the "all the new Space Age content minus the other planets and interplanetary logistics" description... no interplanetary logistics. Just building a cool platform on Nauvis and sending it off to the shattered planet. Again, good stuff regardless!

Maybe just an optional startup setting that changes where the winning condition triggers (which someone can make as another mod so I definitely understand sticking to your vision.)
