i have atomic artillery installed, and would like to have a train with some automatic artillery wagons with normal ammo, and a manual artillery wagon with atomic ammo. is that possible?

Right now if they are all vanilla artillery wagons, it is not possible. They will all be changed by the manual or circuit command.

If you use Scraver's Atomic Artillery, nuclear-firing wagons are a separate and are not affected by my mod. They remain in manual mode and have a separate remote to fire only atomic shells.
