When the train is set to automatic artillery mode, artillery wagons doesn't have an equipment grid.
Equipment grid is added to vehicles by Krastorio 2 in my save.

Note for the map: turn on automatic mode and the train will drive to the station that turns artillery wagons to manual mode.
