Skip Engineer Planet Drop [Fake-ish]

In short, this mod removes the need of physically travel to every single planet with the engineer. You build an expensive super telescope in space to have direct view of any planet, research the desired planet to acquire its coordinates, and use it to scan its surfaces.

It doesn't show a planet that I have scan.
It probably has the initial chunk already generated, should be able to drop entity from platform.
I can't find/build the telescope
It is locked behind AAI Transmission technology, it is only craftable in space platform, you need to send the materials to space, craft and place it on a platform.
Is there a way to not have that momentary blink on the screen when scanning (teleporting)?
No, that is a game limitation, the character must be physically on the surface for the first time.
Why can't I scan it multiple times?
It makes no sense; the only purpose of the scan is to generate the initial chunk to enable remote view. "Re-scan" to gain view is not planned
