Schall Circuit Scaling

Adds scaled down versions in different sizes for various circuit components. With these mini- and micro-sized (sub-tile) components, circuit designs can be made much more compact. It is also possible to construct dot matrix lamp display with finer “pixels”, offering higher resolution! Works best with “Schall Lamp Contrast” mod. b bots placing sub-tile circuitry

circuit network wire connections seem to disappear when sub-tile components are placed by bots.

to replicate: place (for instance) an arithmetic combinator -2, and connect its output back to its input with a red wire. then copy the combinator with ctrl+c, and paste a copy. wait for construction robots construct it.

expected behaviour: the copy has the wire connection preserved. (this is the case in blueprint previews, as well as copies placed by the god-mode functionality in the "blueprint sandboxes" mod.)

observed behaviour: the copy does not have any wire connections.

update: if i make a blueprint containing sub-tile circuitry, and set it to align to a grid, then i can place it twice in the same spot to apply the wires. the first time, just the combinator ghosts are placed, and the second time, the circuits connecting them are placed.
