Requirement of having lamps is not heavily enforced as they are generally the most useless fixtures. However, distributing high amount of them all over the factory no longer looks like such a pointless exercise, after the night stoped appearing so ridiculously inconsequantial.

Allows to adjust length of the day and choose brightness and color of the night, zoom-to-map, night-vision and so on. (This is a purely graphical change which does not affect the game mechanics.) By default it is set to dark night, green nightvision and desaturated zoom-to-map. "Factory moves fast, growth and maintenance required, nature does not let."

Can you make this apply to other planets too?

I think it does? What exactly doesn't work?

I just tested real quick and it only applies to nauvis for me, i don't know if its just me

from what i've seen, aquillo is the only planet that has a slight visible difference, none of them reaches the darkness that nauvis gets

Hmm... I know that the night vision works on all the planets but maybe day/night has to be set separately for each one.

I'll investigate that, but it has to wait a while. I have another thing in progress right now.
(Btw, do you play on 2.0 or 2.1?)

I wasn't even sure that other planets do have day-night cycle, despite playing on them quite a lot.
So, I did a few initial tests and that do, but it's very subtle. Then I checked Nauvis without my mod and, well it's not very noticeable either. I forgot how bad it was.

I definitely need to add support for space exploration.

I've added support for planets (with options to enable it for only specific ones).

For now it blindly copies the default LUTs from Nauvis to other planets, so their colors may be a little off. (Except for Aquilo which uses the same exact LUTs as Nauvis.)
I'm working on something more sophisticated.

Took ma the whole fricking day but it is done. This version should do a pretty good job at preserving as much of the unchanged colors and day-night cycle on each planet as possible.

Also, now you can change LUTs for space platforms.
