Reporting a big bug with this update I can't seem to place the silo's down anywhere (specifically satellite in my testing)

Ah I think I noticed what is happening here. Did some quick testing to try to find it since I was able to place it sometimes.
I think the issue might be not all the tiles of the alien biome that comes default with SE one seems to be under allowable for building.

Some planets don't have any default tiles so that is where the issue might be but it is fine for nauvis; Thank you!

you are trying to built space probe launcher... its not buildable on planet
