Setting would be. "prepare for uninstall" it should basically merge to the default item. If any exists regardless of progress just make it the complete product of the type.
Setting to remove control unit on 6.th stage to make it less expensive compared to default SE.

You can use /c remote.call("RocketSiloCon","UpgradeConstruction") to complete the construction
