I'm a bit rusty when it comes to factory, and also posting this bug on Klonans version.

here's whats happening:
1. The inserter takes repair kits from the requester chest.
2. The inserter puts repair kits into the repair turret.
3. The requester's chest needs more repair kits, so request them.
4. The logistic bots grab repair kits from the repair turret.
5. The logistic bots put the repair kits into the requester's chest.
Repeat steps 1-5 ad infinitum.

That... seems like a bug?

It probably is a bug, but you don't really need an inserter, when you place a provider chest in the small repair turret logistic range, it will pick repair packs from it itself

that... makes total sense, hehe.

I have tried to look into this but the only thing that could solve this would be to remove the item slot from the turret, making it useless before Logistics is researched (and thus provider chest), other than that there is no way of fixing this
