b inefficient / not working

I have some (5..7) Repair Turrets. one of them on a SpacePlatform.
some time a damaged entity is repaired, but most time it does nothing. (repaipacks/energy available, sufficient range, etc)
In the endgame the use time increases and UPS decreases strongly. w/o increasing the number of turrets

Yeah when theirs more than a few damaged items like 4 or 6, or pasting any blueprints over 20ish items the game lags so bad. frame rate drops from 60 to 6 fps, and feels even slower like your running on low power but your not. also another mod gave it a 8000 construction range and 2000 logistics range. So that makes it lagg really bad when more than one section of wall gets damaged. and this is only with 1 or 2 repair turrets in the whole map.
So they even repair the part thats already fully repaired. So anytime monsters attack the wall the game laggs because of the repair the turrets are tyring to do.

Don't know why the keep trying to repair the same wall that has already been repaired, and fighting over the construction bots repair or something.
