This will remove speed bonuses from brick, concrete and refined concrete.
Intended use is for when you have Mech armor and exoskeletons: This will stop the rapidly changing speeds as the jetpack engages to go over obstacles. Unfortunately, it does not seem possible to allow for tile speed bonuses to apply to the jetpack at this time, per a forum post by Rseding91 https://forums.factorio.com/121453 .
Please let me know if there is any areas that the run speed modifier still applies, I have tested it on Nauvis with hazard and regular variants of all concrete, as well as on Aquilo with the frozen variants.
No mod compatibility at this time, it is a list of tiles that I modify, not an elegant solution by any means.
