Water need to be heated up to 100°C.
Free warming up to the planet temperature is possible in the water warmer.
Then the water is boiled and produced pressure steam in boiler.
The pressure steam is the used in turbine of the corresponding pressure rating to produce power(Rotation power)
Finally power is used in electric generator to produce electricity.
A gearbox can be use to adapt the power temperature (RPM in reality) to the generator.

Turbine need to be coupled together to fully exhaust the steam pressure.

Condenser can be use to extract extra power from steam with a 1 bar to 0,1 bar turbine but it needs a lot of water to cool(condense) the steam

Attention the pipe need to be not full for the water heater and oil heater to work so a little logic is needed or a valve mod (top up valve)
The goal of the mod is to bring factorio closer to realitic in focus of energie production and energie density.
Each modification can be diseable. And the complexity is adjustable.
