Hey folks, sorry for the lack of communication the past year and a half, I've been pretty busy with life & stuff.
I haven't touched RFP/W and lua in general for over a year now, and with Space Age now out with vanilla fusion reactors, RFP would need to be completely rewritten from the ground up (again) to be a "make fusion realistic" mod instead of an "add fusion" mod if I wanted to support it any further, which is something I really don't have the time or will for right now. So, even though it kind of pains me to say this, I'm officially ending all development and maintenance of RFP/W - including the WIP 2.0 version.
If anyone wants to do anything with my mods, fork them or use them as a basis for another project, you're more than welcome to do so - I'm also moving everything to the Do What the Fuck You Want to Public License in case there were any doubts.
Last but not least, I'd like to thank all the people who helped me create these mods in the first place - namely:
- YuokiTani for modifying a few unused sprites and letting me use them for the mod, plus creating new ones like the RFP heat exchanger for 1.0
- PreLeyZero for creating all the antimatter-related and 2.0 ICF fusion models/graphics, and generally helping me with RFP 2.0
- emelrad12 for maintaining RFP 1.0 while I was working on 2.0
- ttyler3 for helping with 2.0 development
- Everyone else that was interested or helped me along the way and is now buried somewhere deep in my discord DMs, never to be found again
- My cat, for emotional support
