b still broken after 0.18.7 update?

So even after the 0.18.7 update and running factorio 0.18.18, large storage tank is still broken (failed to load mods: error while running setup for entity prototype "large-storage-tank-rampant-arsenal"(storage-tank-2) must have the same bounding box. :( :(
