When blueprinting something that has a rail power pole in it, all circuit network connections of the pole are lost (including the ones to the rail) and there is also no power transmission between pole and rail. Rebuilding the pole manually fixes that.
Edit: The rail connection bug appears to occur only when the blueprinted pole is to the right or below the rail (relative to the camera)
