Adds a dispatcher (building) to automate railway logistics based on provide and request stations. Has intuitive interface. Was inspired by LTN but went a different way.
I wonder if it would be possible to make a setup, where there's always a full train (or multiple) of a material available (in depot for example) and it would dispatch right when there's a call for the material, while empty train would go for refilling for a smoother work.
