Is there a way to maintain entirely separate train networks? Right now on Nauvis if I have 2 different networks not connected to each other as soon as I set up a depot the trains there are given jobs for the other rail network. Is there a way to keep these running at the same time?

Hi. In general, there is no such possibility, the depot will remain common. Unless you use different lengths of trains in different networks.

Did you already try LTN? AFAIK it's able to handle different networks properly
