Adds a dispatcher (building) to automate railway logistics based on provide and request stations. Has intuitive interface. Was inspired by LTN but went a different way.

Just the station have the same name that one other, cause I still don't find why their is only this station's name that isn't in parameter.

And if there are several, then Factorio can direct the train to any. That is why the mod pays attention to the names of stations. You just need to keep this in mind.
