Rail Logistics Dispatcher

by Viidi

Adds a dispatcher (building) to automate railway logistics based on provide and request stations. Has intuitive interface. Was inspired by LTN but went a different way.

g Depot train

Hi, I finally start to use this mod in my game, previously I drove a train (4/3 loco & 8 cargo) for the iron and copper ore, => because I'm a little lazy person.
And when I setup the depot train, I see that we can't set the total size of the train like we can do for the supplies and the requester.
So I came here to ask if it was wanted, and the reason.

Hi.
Indeed, depots do not have such a setting because the train will go to any free depot with the same name, regardless of the dispatcher settings.

If you have different depots for different lengths or types of trains, then they should be named differently.

For example, you have:
- 4 trains 12 wagons long,
- 10 cargo trains 2 wagons long,
- 5 liquid trains also 2 wagons long.

Then you can create:
- 4 long depot stations with a name, for example, "Depot 12" or "Depot Long".
- 15 (10+5) short depot stations with a name, for example, "Depot 2" or "Deport Short".

I came back for the depot, why we can't put a network on them ?
cause I would like the reserve a train for a spécifique situation, like "I need a carburant here in urgence" but all the train are in use.
Their is a way to do it currently ? to reserve a train for a specific thing ?

Hi. If you need a train to travel only on one route (carry fuel), then you simply don't need to enter it into the dispatcher's network. Just set it up with a schedule - travel from fuel production to refueling. This is equivalent to a train reserve for some special need.

In general, trains have a huge range on a full tank. It's hard to imagine a situation where all trains run out of fuel.

Oh! nice idea, I think I could that without mod, by combiner and other thing.
