Hi, I don't know how the mod work (code), but I want ask if is possible to don't erase the interruption like for the refuel ?
Currently your mod is may (for me) the mod that look like the most to the great old LTN by optera (cf your description),
so for me is just easier to understand, even if I had a little trouble with the GUI but when I find the thing I was "Oh that was here so".
So really I want to play with your (this) mod, but I would also play with the interruption for the refuel.

So is there any way to ad a starter option in the mod which keeps the interruption or make sure that the mod can be play with the group of train ?

If you say : " actually is not possible (or it's to hard) cause the game"
I would answer : "fuck, let's play without the the interruption".

Unfortunately, working with interrupts is not implemented in the mods api (https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=116116). Therefore, the dispatcher, unfortunately, will delete interrupts - this is not yet possible to influence in any way. That is, in mod, I don't even delete them in fact. I just change the train schedule and the interruptions are removed by themselves. I hope that the developers of Factorio will soon add this functionality, and I will support it right away.

I found a clunky way to save train interruptions. You can try it in the 2.0.10 update.
If something goes wrong, disable this method in the settings and play the old way.
When the standard option appears in the API, I will switch to it.

Thx for put this feature, even if it's seems that their is a strange behavior on it, that may cause is a "hack" (their is that in the option).
More over like I'm TDAH, TSA (ASD, ADHD in english), I don't really like when their is too much change.
And for me your mod, have a better GUI than LTN, so even if LTN was a little easier to use cause all the setting were on the icone.
I think prefer how you design your mod.
