Hi, I struggle most within this mod with priorities.

Current situation is,:
- I have a provider for rocket fuel
- I have four requester for rocket fuel.
-- Three of them have prio 1
-- one has prio 0.
- My rocket fuel provider is full and offers:

- My rocket fuel prio 0 doesn't get any deliveries, with low prio error:

My expected behavior would be: * Prio 1 station gets 313 rocket fuel - it has a stack size of 2, so it's ordering 156,5 stacks, which is more than the configured 1w, which should request as soon as there are 40 stacks requested. * Once all prio 1 stations have scheduled deliveries, prio 0 station may get remaining rocket fuel.

What am I configuring wrong, or which concept did I understand incorrectly?

Still - awesome mod, best train dispatcher from the four I've used within factorio.
