Adds a dispatcher (building) to automate railway logistics based on provide and request stations. Has intuitive interface. Was inspired by LTN but went a different way.
The mod sets allow_custom_vectors = true for all inserters, which breaks vanilla behaviour where you have to use red inserter and only it for 2-tile length.
Please make it a startup setting, and if it's off rotate inserters instead
