Adds a dispatcher (building) to automate railway logistics based on provide and request stations. Has intuitive interface. Was inspired by LTN but went a different way.
Saving settings in blueprints should work. But api factorio is not perfect in this regard, and also I am not perfect. And it is also written that other mods can interfere with the process of saving settings and prevent this. I have ideas how to get around this, but I recently became a father and there is no time for games at all :( Someday I will get there.
