Adds a dispatcher (building) to automate railway logistics based on provide and request stations. Has intuitive interface. Was inspired by LTN but went a different way.
Didn't compare. Performance should be at the same level. And here and there, the stations are updated once every few ticks (set in the settings).
As the base grows, you can slightly increase this interval.
I built about 50 stations (certainly not 1000 yet), there was no hint of a UPS drawdown.
