Pymod edition of a SeaBlock style game

The Gridlocked mod adds entities that cover every chunk that hasn't been unlocked, and it seems like this mod deletes every entity on land when the map is generated. Please spare these entities.
Please report bugs to github, not the mod portal. And I'm unsure if this is a gridlocked issue or a pYblock one, I don't delete entities on land.
